- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine soup and cheese in a large saucepan; heat slowly, stirring constantly until cheese melts completely.

2Remove from heat.

3Stir in rice, tuna, onion and pepper.

4Beat egg yolks; slowly stir into tuna mixture.

5Cool.

6Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into tuna mixture until no streaks of white remain.

7Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until puffed and golden and firm in center.
