  • 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pkg (300 g) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup instant white rice
  • 1 can (6.5 oz/184 g) water packed tuna, undrained
  • 3/4 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

    COMBINE soup and eggs; blend until smooth.

    Add broccoli, rice, tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and the Parmesan grated cheese.

    SPOON into a 10-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

    Cover with waxed paper.

    MICROWAVE on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 5 min.

    Stir well.

    Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.

    Cover and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 5 min.
