  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento (optional)
  • 8 oz. macaroni
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine over medium heat.

    Add celery and onion.

    Cook, stirring, 3 minutes.

    Pour sauce over macaroni mixture.

    Mix bread crumbs and melted margarine.

    Sprinkle over casserole.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly, at 350°. Serves 6.
