Tuna Spring Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. chopped olives
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. Foremost cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. drained canned tuna
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lettuce

Directions

    Mix olives, carrot, celery, parsley, onion and vinegar.

    Mix cottage cheese and Worcestershire sauce.

    Break tuna into large flakes with fork.

    Add vegetable and cheese mixtures.

    Toss lightly.
