Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 celery, chopped
- paprika
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) pimento, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 cream of mushroom soup
- grated American cheese
Directions

1Cook celery slowly in small amount of water for 10 minutes and drain.

2Dice 1/2 of bread into cubes.

3Put in bottom of 10 x 13-inch greased baking pan.

4Mix tuna, onion, mayonnaise, celery and pimento and green pepper.

5Spread over bread.

6Dice remaining bread, place over tuna mixture.

7Mix eggs and milk, pour over top layer.

8Cover with foil.

9Refrigerate overnight.

10Bake 12 minutes at 325°.

11Spoon soup over top, sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika.

12Bake 1 hour at 325°.
