  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 3 None tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 None green onions, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

    Combine the couscous with 1/4 cup boiling water in a medium heatproof bowl; cover. Let stand for 5 mins or until the water is absorbed.
