Tuna Tango Spread

  • 1 (12 oz.) can tuna
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. fresh diced vegetables (red, green and yellow bell peppers, seeded cucumber, tomatoes, scallions, celery and broccoli)
  • chips (potato or corn) or Wasa crisp bread crackers

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix together tuna, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pepper sauce and salt.

    Fold diced vegetables into tuna mixture and chill. Serve on crackers, chips or crisp bread.

    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
