- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 6 1/2 oz. can tuna
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1In heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

2Stir in onion and flour.

3Gradually stir in milk until well blended. Cook, stirring constantly, until well blended, about 8 to 10 minutes.

4Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.

5Put cheese on top and put in oven until cheese melts.
