  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • 6 1/2 oz. can tuna
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    In heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

    Stir in onion and flour.

    Gradually stir in milk until well blended. Cook, stirring constantly, until well blended, about 8 to 10 minutes.

    Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.

    Put cheese on top and put in oven until cheese melts.
