- 2 c. chopped turkey (8 oz.)
- 7 oz. pkg. vermicelli or spaghetti
- 6 oz. low-fat Velveeta
- 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. pimento (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 2 oz. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Break spaghetti in 2-inch lengths.

2Cook.

3Drain well.

4Mix chopped turkey, pimento, green pepper, onion, soup, broth and pepper.

5Add Velveeta cheese and spaghetti.

6With two forks, lightly toss until well mixed.
