  • 2 c. chopped turkey (8 oz.)
  • 7 oz. pkg. vermicelli or spaghetti
  • 6 oz. low-fat Velveeta
  • 1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. pimento (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper
  • 2 oz. grated low-fat Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Break spaghetti in 2-inch lengths.

    Cook.

    Drain well.

    Mix chopped turkey, pimento, green pepper, onion, soup, broth and pepper.

    Add Velveeta cheese and spaghetti.

    With two forks, lightly toss until well mixed.
