- 12-14 lb. tirkey
- roasting bag
- butter
- salt pepper seasoning salt
- flour
Directions

1Thaw turkey 2-3 days.

2Put turkey in clean sink and remove gibblet and neck.

3Wash godd and dry with paper towels.

4Butter inside and outside of turkey.

5Put salt, pepper and seasoning salt on turkey.

6Add 1/2 cup butter inside.

7In roasting bag put 1 tsp. flour; shake bag and pour out.

8Poke holes in bag; put turkey in bag and bake at 250 degrees for 7 hours, checking every hour until golden brown.
