Ingredients
- 1 box smoked turkey slices (2 boxes for bigger casserole)
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix (Stove Top bread)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, dilute with small amount of water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine (may use more or less depending on preference)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Cut turkey slices in half. Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, arrange in dish alternating stuffing/turkey slices.

2May use double 1/2 slices if desired, stands up better.

3Dilute mushroom soup with 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk and pour over top of casserole.

4Bake at 350°, uncovered, for approximately 30 minutes.
