- 16 to 20 lb. turkey
- 1 large skillet cornbread
- 4 homemade biscuits
- 5 crackers
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bake turkey at 350° for 4 hours.

2Remove turkey from broth. Set aside.

3Crumble biscuits, cornbread and crackers in large bowl.

4Add sage, celery seed, salt and pepper.

5Saute onion and celery in butter.

6Add to bread mixture.

7Add broth until of desired consistency.

8Spray bottom of casserole dish with Pam. Bake at 250° for approximately 35 minutes or until brown.
