  • 1 lb. ground turkey (raw)
  • 14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 2/3 c. long grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • pepper and salt
  • grated Colby cheese
  • tortilla chips

    In a large skillet brown turkey meat.

    Drain grease.

    Stir turkey meat, tomatoes, water, rice and chili powder in a skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Serve meat over tortilla chips.

    Top with cheese.
