- 1 c. water
- 2/3 c. long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- pepper and salt
- grated Colby cheese

1In a large skillet brown turkey meat.

3Stir turkey meat, tomatoes, water, rice and chili powder in a skillet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
