- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish, drained
- 1 medium size apple, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dried parsley flakes
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, horseradish, apple, onion, salt and dried parsley flakes with hands.

3Shape turkey mixture into four 1-inch thick patties. Spray rack in broiling pan and place patties on rack.

4Broil patties 4 minutes.

5Turn patties; broil 6 minutes until cooked through.
