- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 lb. beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. water
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 c. green beans
- 4 small carrots
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Heat cooker; add oil and brown meat.

2Add onion, salt, pepper and water.

3Place small potatoes, green beans, carrots and tomatoes over meat.

4Close cover tightly.
-
5Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and cook 10 minutes, with pressure regulator rocking slowly.

6Cool cooker at once.

7Make a paste of the flour and 1/4 cup water; stir into the stew to thicken.

8Makes 4 servings.
