  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 c. reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 slice firm white sandwich bread
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    In small skillet, heat oil over low heat.

    Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently about 7 minutes, or until tender.

    Transfer to medium bowl and stir in sour cream and bread crumbs.

    Add turkey, salt, sage, and pepper.

    Shape mixture into patties.

    Preheat broiler.

    Broil patties on broiler pan 6 inches from heat 5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
