- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 lb. turkey breast cutlets or slices
- 2 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 2 tsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cashews, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Lightly sprinkle pepper over cutlets. Place a cheese slice on each

3cutlet.

4Roll-up

5cutlet jelly-roll style to encase cheese.

6Carefully coat each cutlet;

7roll in bread crumbs.

8In a 14 oz. oval casserole dish, arrange cutlet rolls, seam-side down.

9Spoon Worcestershire sauce over cutlets. Bake 10 minutes.

10Baste cutlets with pan drippings.

11Sprinkle cashews over top.

12Bake 5 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink in center.
