  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 lb. American Cheddar, sliced
  • 3/4 lb. onions, small pieces
  • 2 c. cooked turkey
  • 1 c. bread crumbs

    Melt 3 tbsp. butter in double boiler.

    Blend in flour, pepper, paprika and salt.

    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
