  • 1/2 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained (reserve 1/4 c. broth)
  • 1/2 pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
  • buttered bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 4 c. cooked turkey, cut up (chicken may be used)
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds

Directions

    Mix the last 5 ingredients together in a buttered casserole dish.

    Add the peas and mix.

    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
