- 1 c. rice (regular or instant)
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 4 to 6 slices (2 c.) cooked turkey
- 10 1/2 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. crushed rich Cheddar crackers
Directions

1Prepare rice according to directions on the box.

2Add minced onions to boiling water.

3Fluff rice and spread in greased, 10 x 6 x 1/2-inch baking dish.

4Sprinkle with peas and cover with turkey.

5Blend soup and milk together and pour evenly over turkey. Combine crackers and butter and sprinkle over casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
