Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey (cooked)
  • 8 ounces, weight Kidney Beans (use 16 If You Like It More Beany)
  • 2 whole Medium Tomatoes, Diced (may Also Use 2 Cans Diced If You Don't Want To Chop)
  • 1 whole Medium To Large Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Paste
  • 2 cans Water (use Tomato Paste Can)
  • 4 dashes Spice To Season (red Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Black Pepper - Or A Pack Of Seasoning Mix Whatever Floats Your Boat)

    Get a big pot, put it on the stove and set it to medium heat.

    Put all ingredients in big pot and stir - let it simmer from 20min to longer....depending on how crunchy or not crunchy you like it (I like my peppers to have a little crunch and about 30 min is my optimal time)

    Serves 4 to 6 depending on how big your bowls are!

    ps - This is plain ol' honest home cooking chili, nothing fancy but oh so good
