- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp. polyunsaturated oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- green peppers (optional)
Directions

1Brown turkey and onion in oil.

2Add seasonings and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 15 minutes.

3Add beans and celery.

4Cook 15 minutes more.

5Serve with unsalted crackers or Italian bread.
