- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna (packed in water), well drained
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped or 2 Tbsp. dried
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

2Pack into a well-oiled 4-cup mold.

3Chill at least 3 hours or overnight.

4Unmold onto a serving plate and garnish with parsley.

5Serve with crackers.
