- 3 c. diced cooked turkey
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Mix noodles with turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds and onions.

2Mix soup and mayonnaise and toss with turkey mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
