  • 3 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, diced
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can chow mein noodles

Directions

    Mix noodles with turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds and onions.

    Mix soup and mayonnaise and toss with turkey mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    A good way to use leftover turkey.
