- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 egg
- 34 cup turkey gravy
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 34 cup diced cooked turkey
- 2 tablespoons jellied cranberry sauce
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and poultry seasoning.

2In another bowl, combine egg, gravy and oil; mix well.

3Stir into dry ingredients just until combined.

4Fold in the turkey.

5Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.

6Top each with 1/2 teaspoon cranberry sauce.

7Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

8Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
