- 3 lb. stewing beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom or 1 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. sherry
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Directions

1Cut up beef into 1-inch cubes and brown.

2Put in large casserole dish.

3Add soup, mushrooms and sherry.

4Mix; cover and bake approximately 3 hours at 325° or 4 hours at 300°.

5Serve over rice.
