Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 4 c. crumbled toast or biscuits
- 1 1/2 c. chopped hard-cooked eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. melted margarine
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3 c. crumbled cornbread
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 c. turkey broth
Directions

1Simmer celery and onion in water until tender, crumble toast and cornbread; mix in large bowl.

2Add celery, onion and liquid in which they were cooked.

3Add hot turkey broth to make a soft, moist mixture.

4If more liquid is needed, add milk or cream of mushroom soup, diluted.

5Add margarine and pour into a greased 4-quart baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
