- 1 1/2 qt. bread cubes
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 3/4 c. chicken bouillon, dissolved in water
- 1/2 tsp. basil leaf
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. almonds
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in butter 5 minutes.

2Put the remaining ingredients, except the bouillon, into a large bowl and toss.

3Add the celery and onion.

4Pour the bouillon over the top and toss. Stuff into a 12 to 15 pound turkey.
