  • 2 1/2 c. cornbread dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. finely chopped turkey
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. Half and Half

Directions

    Combine dressing and butter. Mix well. press on bottom and sides of PAM coated 9 inch pie pan or quiche plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes. Cool.
