- 1 1/2 c. diced turkey
- 1 c. cooked white rice
- 2 hard-cooked chopped eggs
- 1/4 c. sliced almonds
- 1 2/3 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimiento (2 oz. jar)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of white pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- paprika (optional)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Butter baking dish or individual dishes. Combine turkey and next 6 ingredients.

3Mix together soup and milk. Add 1/2 of it to turkey mixture.

4Pour in dish or dishes.

5Spread remaining soup on top.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

8Serves 4.
