Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. diced turkey
  • 1 c. cooked white rice
  • 2 hard-cooked chopped eggs
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 2/3 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimiento (2 oz. jar)
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • dash of white pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • paprika (optional)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Butter baking dish or individual dishes. Combine turkey and next 6 ingredients.

    Mix together soup and milk. Add 1/2 of it to turkey mixture.

    Pour in dish or dishes.

    Spread remaining soup on top.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
