  • Thanksgiving Turkey left overs cubed
  • 1Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • Small can Green Chilies
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 12 Corn tortillas cut into quarters
  • 1 Lb. shredded Longhorn cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown chopped chilies and onions in oil. Add soup, turkey and heat.

    In a 9x13 buttered casserole dish layer 2-3x as follows:

    Tortillas, turkey&soup mixture, cheese

    Bake for 30 min at 350 deg.
