- 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. dries onion flakes
- 1 tsp. dried cilantro
- 12 corn tortillas
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped tomato
- 1/4 c. chopped black olives
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine turkey, half the enchilada sauce, chilies, onion flakes, and cilantro.

2Spoon two heaping tablespoons of the mixture down the center of each tortilla.

3Roll tortillas jelly-roll style to seal.

4Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

5Place tortillas seam-side down in dish.

6Top tortillas with remaining enchilada sauce, onions, tomato, olives, and cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
