- 2 c. cubed cooked Butterball turkey (3/4 lb.)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter or margarine
- 3 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. turkey gravy
Directions

1Cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in butter in heavy skillet over medium heat until tender.

2Stir in potatoes, turkey and seasonings.

3Cook over low heat, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

4Add gravy; cook and stir until mixture is hot.
