  • 2 c. cubed cooked Butterball turkey (3/4 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter or margarine
  • 3 c. diced cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 c. turkey gravy

Directions

    Cook and stir celery, onion and green pepper in butter in heavy skillet over medium heat until tender.

    Stir in potatoes, turkey and seasonings.

    Cook over low heat, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Add gravy; cook and stir until mixture is hot.
