- 2 1/2 lb. turkey, sliced thin
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 4 tsp. hickory salt or liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Place strips of turkey in marinade of all ingredients for 6 hours.

2Drain, but do not rinse.

3Place meat on foil in center of oven.

4Set oven on 200°.

5Place a wedge in door (clothespin will work).

6Bake 10 hours or until meat turns a dirty brown.

7Check after 2 hours.

8Store in airtight container.
