Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, peeled and grated
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 1 12 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 12 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

1Preheat the broiler just before cooking and line the broiler rack with tin foil.

2Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture comes together.

3(Or knead the mixture in a mixing bowl until it forms a ball in the centre of the bowl.

5Divide the mixture into 8 then carefully mould round 8 soaked skewers, pressing the mixture firmly onto the sticks.

6Brush the koftas with a little of the oil then place on the foil lined broiler rack and cook under a preheated broiler for 8-10 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.

7Alternatively cook on a BBQ for the same amount of time.

8Turn occasionally during grilling and brush with a little of the oil as necessary.

9Serve with a Greek salad and crusty bread.
