- 1 lb. Ricotta
- 2 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix together eggs; add Ricotta, sugar, baking powder and flour. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.

2In saucepan, pour oil.

3When it is hot, drop dough by the tablespoonfuls into oil.

4Puffs will turn themselves when browned.

5Remove from oil and place on paper towel to drain.

6Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

7Eat them hot.
