- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- thinly sliced tomatoes and green peppers (for garnish)
Directions

1Blend turkey with salt, thyme, pepper, egg, celery and onion until well blended.

2Put in buttered pan.

3Shape into loaf. Smooth top and sides with spatula.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour until golden.

5Before serving, arrange tomato slices and peppers over top.

6Slice to serve.

7For 8 servings, double recipe.
