  • 2 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten lightly
  • 1 onion, chopped really really fine
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 1 tsp. salt and dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. canned milk

Directions

    Mix turkey with everything else in mixing bowl.

    Form mixture into a loaf.

    Place in a slow cooking pot.

    Cover and cook for 5 to 6 hours on low.
