- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3 T flour
- 2 egg yolks lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 3 T dry white wine
- Minced parsley
