  • 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Fennel
  • Oil, For Cooking Meatballs
