- 1-13 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/2 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1/4 cups Breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Fennel
- Oil, For Cooking Meatballs

1In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients (it works best to do it by hand!

2), then refrigerate the mixture for at least 1/2 hour.

3Heat up oil in a medium size pan.

4While the oil heats, form the meatballs into 1-inch balls (you should get about 10).

5Cook meatballs, turning regularly, until browned and cooked all the way through, about 10 minutes per meatball.
