- 4 (4 oz.) turkey cutlets
- 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle turkey cutlets with salt and pepper.

2In bowl, beat egg whites.

3On plate, mix bread crumbs and cheese.

4Coat cutlets with egg whites and then crumb mixture.

5Fry in skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side.

6Serve with lemon.
