  • 4 (4 oz.) turkey cutlets
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Sprinkle turkey cutlets with salt and pepper.

    In bowl, beat egg whites.

    On plate, mix bread crumbs and cheese.

    Coat cutlets with egg whites and then crumb mixture.

    Fry in skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side.

    Serve with lemon.
