  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 16 oz. canned, sliced mushrooms
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
