- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 (4 oz.) turkey breast cutlets
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Drizzle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over cutlets; set aside. Combine flour, paprika and pepper; dredge cutlets in flour mixture.

2Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

3Add turkey and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned.

4Transfer to a serving platter; keep warm.
