  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 (4 oz.) turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Drizzle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over cutlets; set aside. Combine flour, paprika and pepper; dredge cutlets in flour mixture.

    Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

    Add turkey and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned.

    Transfer to a serving platter; keep warm.
