Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. turkey cutlets or breast slices
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. lemon juice (optional)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1 cube or packet beef bouillon, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
Directions

1Mix flour, cheese, salt and pepper.

2Moisten turkey slices; coat with mixture.

3Melt 2 tablespoons in skillet; saute slices until they turn a light brown.

4Set meat aside in a warm place and, if desired, sprinkle lemon juice on meat.

5Mix bouillon, wine and egg yolk together; add to drippings in skillet.

6Stir vigorously until sauce thickens slightly.
