- 5 oz. plain flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- Crisco or similar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Mix flour and salt in a bowl.

2Make a hollow in center of flour mixture and add egg. Add 1 tablespoon water, then gradually fold in flour mixture.

3Let stand for one hour.

4Put marble size knob of Crisco into each section of muffin tin.

5Place in hot oven until the Crisco is smoking.

6Add mixture into tin.
-
7Cook at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
