Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. plus 3/4 tsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 oz. thinly sliced turkey cutlets
- 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. butter
- 1/3 c. plus 2 tsp. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 thin lemon slices
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Mix together flour, salt and pepper.

2Dredge cutlets in flour mixture.

3Heat oil and butter in skillet.

4Add cutlets and saute until browned and cooked, about 2 minutes.

5Remove and keep warm. Add broth, lemon juice and lemon slices to skillet; bring to boil. Return cutlets to skillet.

6Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
