  • 1 cup peanuts skinless
  • 1 cup jaggery

    Preheat oven to 350 degree F

    Arrange peanuts on the tray. Roast for about 35 to 40 min. Once roasted, grind these peanuts to a semi-fine powder in a food processor.

    Grind the jaggery to a fine powder using a mortar and pestle or with a masher.

    Combine the powdered jaggery and peanuts; form mixture into balls.
