  • 2 c. cubed turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can green beans (regular or French-style)
  • pastry for 2-crust pie

Directions

    Toss turkey with flour.

    In a saucepan, cook carrots, onions, celery, thyme and pepper in the butter until tender.

    Stir in soup, turkey mixture and green beans.

    Pour into 9-inch pastry lined pie plate.

    Top crust can be regular or lattice crossed. Brush pastry with milk.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
