"Quick Cheese" Cake

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 ready to use chocolate or graham crust
  • 1 can cherry or pineapple prepared topping

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

    Add eggs; mix well.

    Pour into prepared crust.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is firm.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
