Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
  • 1 lb. boneless cooked turkey, cubed (2 1/2 c.)
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed baby carrots, peas and pearl onions
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Directions

    Stir milk and gravy mix in a small saucepan.

    Stir over medium-high heat until boiling.

    Reduce heat, stirring constantly. Simmer until thickened.

    Put remaining ingredients except biscuits in pie plate.

    Add gravy and mix.

    Bake 5 minutes at 400°.

    Place a border of biscuits on filling.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling is bubbly.
